Why We Created the Parts Store
Ag Motion began with a focus on grain handling equipment — conveyors, elevators, structural systems, and the infrastructure that keeps grain facilities moving. Working with these systems every day gave us a deep understanding of how they operate and, more importantly, what happens when even a small component fails.
Over time we noticed something happening more and more often. Farmers, elevator operators, and maintenance teams would reach out to us looking for help identifying a part. Sometimes it was a worn elevator bolt. Sometimes a chain, a bearing, or a drive component. Many of the people contacting us weren’t even existing customers — they simply needed someone who understood grain equipment and could help them find the right solution.
Grain handling systems depend on thousands of individual components. When one part fails, the entire system can slow down or stop. And during harvest season, downtime is not an option.
Because we work with this equipment every day, identifying parts and understanding how these systems function has become second nature to us. We realized that the experience we had built working on large equipment projects could also help people solve everyday maintenance problems.
