1. Shipping Coverage
Ag Motion LLC ships agricultural and industrial equipment throughout the United States.
We do not offer international shipping unless expressly agreed to in writing.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom-built, oversized, or special-order equipment may require additional preparation or manufacturing time. Estimated lead times will be provided when available.
Processing time does not include transit time.
3. Shipping Methods
Products may be shipped via:
LTL Freight (Less-Than-Truckload)
Full Truckload Freight
Flatbed carriers
Standard parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS), where applicable
Large or heavy equipment will ship via freight carriers only.
Shipping method is determined at our discretion based on product size, weight, and destination.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
Product weight and dimensions
Freight classification
Delivery ZIP code
Residential vs. commercial delivery
Liftgate requirements
Shipping charges are shown at checkout when available or provided separately for freight-quoted orders.
Additional carrier fees (including re-delivery, detention, limited access, residential surcharges, or liftgate charges) are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Title and Risk of Loss
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all shipments are FOB Shipping Point.
Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer when the product is delivered to the carrier.
Ag Motion LLC is not responsible for loss, damage, or delay occurring during transit.
Nothing in this section limits non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.
6. Freight Inspection Requirements
Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon delivery.
If visible damage is present:
Note the damage on the delivery receipt or Bill of Lading before signing
Take photographs
Notify us within 48 hours at agmotion@agmotion.store
Failure to document visible freight damage at delivery may limit your ability to recover from the carrier.
7. Delivery Site Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
Providing accurate delivery information
Ensuring safe and accessible delivery location
Providing proper unloading equipment (forklift, dock, crane, etc.)
If unloading equipment is not available, the carrier may refuse delivery or charge additional fees.
Ag Motion LLC is not responsible for delays caused by inaccessible delivery sites or failed delivery attempts.
8. Delivery Time Estimates
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not liable for delays caused by:
Carrier performance
Weather conditions
Supply chain disruptions
Government actions
Force majeure events
Shipping delays do not entitle customers to cancellation, penalties, or damages except as required by law.
9. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is refused or returned due to:
Incorrect address
Customer refusal
Failure to provide unloading equipment
Inability to access delivery site
The customer is responsible for return freight, re-shipping charges, and any additional carrier fees.
