1. Shipping Coverage

Ag Motion LLC ships agricultural and industrial equipment throughout the United States.

We do not offer international shipping unless expressly agreed to in writing.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Custom-built, oversized, or special-order equipment may require additional preparation or manufacturing time. Estimated lead times will be provided when available.

Processing time does not include transit time.

3. Shipping Methods

Products may be shipped via:

  • LTL Freight (Less-Than-Truckload)

  • Full Truckload Freight

  • Flatbed carriers

  • Standard parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS), where applicable

Large or heavy equipment will ship via freight carriers only.

Shipping method is determined at our discretion based on product size, weight, and destination.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Product weight and dimensions

  • Freight classification

  • Delivery ZIP code

  • Residential vs. commercial delivery

  • Liftgate requirements

Shipping charges are shown at checkout when available or provided separately for freight-quoted orders.

Additional carrier fees (including re-delivery, detention, limited access, residential surcharges, or liftgate charges) are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Title and Risk of Loss

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all shipments are FOB Shipping Point.

Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer when the product is delivered to the carrier.

Ag Motion LLC is not responsible for loss, damage, or delay occurring during transit.

Nothing in this section limits non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.

6. Freight Inspection Requirements

Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon delivery.

If visible damage is present:

  • Note the damage on the delivery receipt or Bill of Lading before signing

  • Take photographs

  • Notify us within 48 hours at agmotion@agmotion.store

Failure to document visible freight damage at delivery may limit your ability to recover from the carrier.

7. Delivery Site Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate delivery information

  • Ensuring safe and accessible delivery location

  • Providing proper unloading equipment (forklift, dock, crane, etc.)

If unloading equipment is not available, the carrier may refuse delivery or charge additional fees.

Ag Motion LLC is not responsible for delays caused by inaccessible delivery sites or failed delivery attempts.

8. Delivery Time Estimates

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Carrier performance

  • Weather conditions

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Government actions

  • Force majeure events

Shipping delays do not entitle customers to cancellation, penalties, or damages except as required by law.

9. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is refused or returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer refusal

  • Failure to provide unloading equipment

  • Inability to access delivery site

The customer is responsible for return freight, re-shipping charges, and any additional carrier fees.
