This Returns & Refund Policy explains when returns may be accepted and how refunds are handled. This Policy is incorporated into our Terms and Conditions.

 

1. Returns Require Authorization (RA)

All returns require prior written Return Authorization (“RA”) from Ag Motion LLC.

Returns sent without an RA may be refused and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

To request an RA, email: agmotion@agmotion.store and include:


  • Order number

  • Item(s) you want to return

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if damaged/defective)


2. Return Window

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery.

 

3. Eligibility Conditions

A return may be accepted only if the product is:


  • Unused

  • Uninstalled

  • Unmodified

  • In original packaging (including all parts, manuals, hardware, and accessories)

  • In resalable condition

Items showing signs of installation, wear, damage, missing parts, or alteration may be denied.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following are non-returnable, except where prohibited by law or where the product is confirmed defective:


  • Custom-built / made-to-order items

  • Special-order items

  • Modified products

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modification

 

5. Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.

The restocking fee is assessed based on inspection results, packaging condition, and processing requirements.

 

6. Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customer is responsible for:


  • Return shipping costs

  • Any carrier fees related to return shipment (including liftgate, residential, limited access, re-delivery, or detention fees)

If we provide a return shipping label (when offered), the label cost may be deducted from the refund.

 

7. Damaged or Defective Items

Freight Damage

If your shipment arrives with visible damage:


  • Note damage on the delivery receipt/Bill of Lading before signing

  • Take photos

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Failure to document freight damage at delivery may limit your ability to recover from the carrier.

Defective Items

If an item appears defective upon receipt or during normal intended use, contact us with:


  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos/video if available

If a defect is confirmed, remedies may include repair, replacement, manufacturer warranty support, or refund at our discretion, consistent with applicable law and manufacturer policies.

 


8. Refund Timing and Method

If a return is approved and received, we will inspect the item.

If approved after inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing typically occurs within 5–10 business days after inspection, but timing may vary by payment provider.

 

9. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is refused or returned due to:


  • Incorrect address

  • Customer refusal

  • Failure to provide unloading equipment

  • Inability to access delivery site

Customer is responsible for return freight and additional carrier charges. Any refund (if applicable) may be reduced by such costs and restocking fees.
